Ideal for larger groups and extended families, this home offers five master suites so everyone can have their own private retreat. A den on the mid level can serve as an additional living area or sleeping area, equipped with a pull-out sofa and TV.

Downstairs, watch the big game or host a movie night in the custom-designed theater room. This unique space includes multiple TV's, comfortable sofas and pub seating. Prepare your concessions at the wet bar, equipped with an ice maker and dishwasher. With convenient access to the backyard, it's also perfect for grabbing poolside drinks and snacks. For some friendly competition, gather in the garage/game room where there's truly something for everyone. Go one-on-one in foosball, flex your skills on the shuffleboard table, or try to beat the highest score on the Pac Man arcade game.

During the summer months, getting to the beach is easy with the complimentary trolley and beach valet services (Memorial Day thru Labor Day). The nearest trolley stop is just a short walk away and once you arrive, you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all of your gear. For a variety of recreation options, head over to the main clubhouse where you'll find a fitness center, outdoor pool with tiki bar, tennis courts, volleyball, shuffleboard and more.

"We have stayed in this house twice. We love it here. The game room, movie theatre, and bunk room with SIX queen sized beds make the house. The kids love this house so much because of all the amenities. The pool area is private and spacious. Everyone in our house raves about the quality of the mattresses too and how well they sleep here. We love it here. We’ll be back…. Again :)"

"Great location, Currituck Club had many amenities and was easy to access. The only thing I would suggest is for the house to have some physical information available in the house for operating the electronics, local points of interest, and instructions on check-out. While some of this information was available on the Village customer portal, I was the only one with access so I had to keep communication open and clear for all my family while we were visiting. Great home and excellent location being near grocery stores and restaurants."
