The ground level media room is easily accessible from the backyard and features a wet bar and mini-fridge for convenient outdoor snacks and drinks. Puppy Love is enrolled in the owner-paid RAP program, so access to the Villages at Ocean Hill Fitness Center, Tennis Court, and Pickleball which normally requires a fee is available to Puppy Love guests free of charge. Take a one-minute walk to the soundside amenities located just 200 feet away, including the lakefront outdoor pool & cabana, fitness center, tennis and playground. Just beyond the tennis courts you'll find basketball, pickleball, shuffleboard, volleyball and four square courts. Bring your furry friends along for a walk through the nature trails around Crystal Lake. Cyclists will enjoy the nearly 2-mile stretch of the newly paved bike lane which connects the Villages at Ocean Hill to nearby historic Whalehead Club, Maritime Museum, Wildlife Education Museum, Corolla Wild Horse Museum. It also connects to the beautiful maritime boardwalk along the Currituck Sound, as well as shopping and dining in historic Corolla Village. Best of all, getting to the beach is a breeze using the access on Windance Lane, which is within walking distance but also provides parking. Guests can also access the beach at the community's oceanfront pool on Sandcastle Drive, just a 2-minute drive away. The oceanfront pool complex features cabanas, a snack bar and ample parking. The Villages at Ocean Hill is the last community in Corolla before hitting the miles of off-road beaches, home of the Corolla wild horses.
