Description Description
Centrally located in the heart of the Outer Banks is a beautiful Oceanside community called Seaside at the Village of Nags Head. You are just a couple of lots away from the ocean and situated on a quiet, dead-end cul-de-sac. Walk out your front door to a wooden boardwalk that leads to the beautiful beach and ocean. Enjoy the great weather and exercise too on the 11-mile long multi-use path that runs from the Kill Devil Hills/Nags Head town line to South Nags Head. This wide path runs parallel to the ocean and is enjoyed by locals and vacationers alike. It's perfect for cycling or simply strolling around on a pretty day. Restaurants and shopping, fishing and historic sites are all within a short drive.

In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

Wonderful house within short walk to beach, was impressed with the already installed baby gates at all step landings. Was vital for the security of our 2 yr old granddaughter’s safety.

Great Stay
This vacation rental was wonderful. The check in and check out process was extremely easy. The house was in good condition, very clean, and in a good location. We loved the attention to detail such as beds already made and toilet paper (some places don't even provide one roll). We wished the kitchen was a little bit more stocked but it was not make-or-break.

This home was spacious, clean, well equipped, and very beach accessible. Our group of four adults and four kids had more than enough room. The bunk room was perfect for children, and we loved all the beach toys included. We cooked all of our meals except one in the kitchen and lacked nothing! The beach was easily accessible, even for toddlers. At first glance, the house’s proximity to the main road seemed to be a drawback, but with the shrubbery and the house layout (decks, bedrooms, etc.) it was a non issue. We would stay here again!

Overall nice accommodations. Queen beds very soft and not supportive. Light fan upstairs did not work and light fan in middle level queen room had no bulbs. Same bathroom has dripping faucet. Dining room chairs need upgrading, cushions very uncomfortable. Layout of home very nice, appliances and hot tub very good.
