Soundside homes are located on the west side of US 158 in Nags Head, or west of Route 12 in Corolla. Many offer beautiful views of the sound and marsh, and also of the golf course. We offer a wide variety of homes on the soundside, from golf villas to expansive homes with private pools. Some communities offer trolley service to the beach in season, so be sure to check the community amenities.
