SN06: Cobia

The house allowed for 4 generations to be together in one house for some quality family time (9 adults and almost a 4-year-old child). If available, we would definitely stay in SN06 again!!Having a bathroom in each bedroom was ideal. Enjoyed the spacious 4th floor with the living room, dining room and kitchen all open. Very nice separate pantry area. 4th floor bedroom allowed for access to everything on one level for elderly couple. A benefit to the elderly was that elevator went from ground level (vehicle parking area) to the 4th floor. Great views from the 4th floor deck to the ocean.Having a bathroom and refrigerator in the cabana by the pool was very convenient for when you at the beach and pool! My great nephew and his grandpa used the pool every day for hours!Each bedroom had a Roku with several streaming services available. Roku was much easier to use than the setup in the living room, which had a universal remote for TV, cable and sound receiver. A good idea, but all components didn't stay in sync when turning back on as the instructions stated. Village Realty was good at resolving some issues we noticed when moving in.We had a great time, and we would recommend this house if a group of people are looking for many amenities and convenience!

We have rented many many homes in Nags Head and this one may be our all-time favorite! This is our second year in a row at this house. It is incredibly well laid out, maintained, furnished and equipped. We love that all of the bedrooms have attached baths. And the hot water never runs out! The kitchen is amazing for preparing meals for large groups with 2 of every appliance and a HUGE pantry. The outdoor decks are awesome and we absolutely love the pool with a shallow area for the kids. Truly the only negative we can find is that the mattresses are not the greatest but its tolerable for a week! We cant wait to come back!

I have stayed at the beach several times. I must say that staying at Cobia far exceeded my expectations. Myself, along with 20 other women spent part of our spring break there. We were welcomed to an extremely clean house with every amenity that was needed for our four day stay. Village Realty (Elizabeth) was so helpful in the process of renting this property. It was an exciting and most wonderful experience. I look forward to staying at this property again!

The house was amazing!! By far the nicest we have stayed in for quite some time.(only because of what we picked in the past)
It was in a great location in relation to stores and other towns. Everyone that stayed with us said they would absolutely stay at that house again!! Hopefully in 2018!!!

Loved the house and all it offered! In a great location close to food stores, restaurants, shops, etc. We stayed for 2 weeks and I didn't want to leave!

I do have to comment on our family not getting entrance code to door. We had to wait 45 minutes for office personnel to call us back. Also we were not extended on code for the second week. We were locked out after returning from dinner one evening. Extremely annoying and unprofessional on rental office.

The house was great. We arrived to very clean accommodations well suited for larger groups. The kitchen was very convenient providing 2 of almost everything including refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, coffee makers etc.even a Keurig. There was silverware which could service 40 people. we had an enormous dining table that could seat 18. We had all the little touches including kitchen tools and some Tupperware for all our conveniences. The location was great and close to some attractions. The hot tub was crystal clear and up to temperature when we arrived. We we're pleasantly surprised to find the pool opened earlier than expected due to the warm weather. There was even a lovely gazebo on the dunes for us. Bedrooms were large and convenient with own baths and well equipped and perfect for our family reunion. Our stay at the Cobia was delightful! 17 family members celebrating two birthdays and one 60th anniversary. This house truly became a home while we were altogether. Village Realty is definitely the best company to rent from on the OBX!
