Beautiful condo and wonderfully furnished. Spacious and beautifully decorated. Everything worked to perfection, with all the thoughtful little extras to make a beach trip extra enjoyable. The location is terrific and close to everything with a beautiful view of the water and sunsets. We would happily come again.

Venture down to Nags Head for a brief getaway from the hustle of Northern, VA and this was the perfect place to unwind. Waking up with a hot cup of coffee and head out to the wide balcony, the Ocean on your right and the Sound on your left...the views were tremendous! As others have said previously, you’re close to everything and anything you could want to do. Jeanettes pier is right around the corner with public beach access, 10 minutes to Manteo’s historic downtown, plenty of shopping and places to eat. Also, the decor of the condo was perfectly suitable for the beach. We enjoyed looking around as we always seemed to find something new whenever we came back. From the boat oar coat hook to the cartoonish Nagshead map in the powder room to the goldfish with the shark fin. This place was the Where’s Waldo of furnishings. Plan your next day here. You won’t be disappointed!

We went to Nags Head last weekend to attend the Seafood Festival. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was in this condo. The floorplan was outstanding with high ceilings, multiple bedrooms and spacious kitchen, dining and living room areas. The dcor is top notch and the amenities are never ending. Anything we needed was literally at our fingertips. The TVs are wired so you don't need to shuffle though several remotes to select your desired show or movie. We also had a lovely view of the water and were in walking distance of the outlet mall and a local fish market to pick up fresh shrimp for dinner. We have stayed in many rentals over the years, but I must say this is by far one of the best. We plan to stay here for many vacations to come. It is lovely, clean and the owners are very responsive to your needs. If you are heading to Nags Head, be sure to put this condo on your list of priorities as your home away from home. Awesome!

Just returned from a wonderful vacation in the perfect condo! Located on the sound side with breathtaking sunsets, this 3 bedroom 2-1/2 bath pet friendly condo could not offer more. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. There is a TV in each bedroom and the living room media center has everything to keep kids and adults busy during inclement weather. The bedrooms are nice and are even equipped with USB ports in the bedside lamps as well as a few wall outlets. The bathrooms have wall-mounted hair dryers. The laundry is spacious with not only a washer and dryer, but a table on which to fold the clothes. These owners have thought of everything. You do not need to bring anything but yourselves, but just in case you need anything, the Mall is just steps away, as are restaurants and a fresh seafood market, as well as the beautiful beach that Nags Head is famous for. I can't say enough about this great condo - we will definitely be returning.

We stayed at the Look Out for our Outer Banks family vacation and it was perfect! This condo has absolutely everything that you could want from a vacation rental. The open layout between the kitchen, dining room, and living room allowed for many great meals and fun family time. Our family included four adults and two kids, the bedrooms suited us extremely well. Each kid had their own bed and each couple had their own room. Every bedroom has a very nice TV equipped with several media options which kept everyone entertained.The Look Out is stocked with so many things that you barely need to bring anything but yourselves. Everything from the slow cooker, to dog crates, to the blender, to the board games...... a lot of thought and planning went into this by the owners and it made our stay even more enjoyable. Our family used the pool several times during our stay, which was a fantastic bonus. At the end of the day, having amenities like the outdoor shower, the laundry machines, and the drying rack, made cleaning up after a long day very easy.This condo is located in a great part of OBX. We were a short walk away from the beach. We frequented the seafood market directly across the street for fantastic meals. Our family explored historic Manteo, drivable beaches on Hatteras, shopping along Route 12 (Brew Thru, Super Wings, all the great OBX spots). Our family used the pool several times during our stay, which was a fantastic bonus for our kids. We used the storage locker in the garage along with the covered parking to keep the doors and top off of our Jeep for the whole week.The very best part of the Look Out, though, would have to be the porch. We spent nearly every morning enjoying coffee and every evening enjoying frosty beverages sitting in the Adirondack chairs. The views, no matter what time of day, were fantastic. The sunsets on the sound were second to none.There are so way too many great things to write about this property. Don't wait to book SL305, reserve it now!

This condo is great! It was welcoming, very clean, bright and comfortable. What a wonderful place to sit back and relax. Its beautifully furnished with very comfortable furniture, great beds, and a kitchen that is well equipped with everything you might need. The Tiki bar and grill area worked perfectly for a large gathering we had with friends. The condo is ideally located for all your Outer Banks adventures and is convenient to great restaurants and shopping. After a day of adventure sit on the balcony and enjoy the amazing sunsets over Roanoke Sound. We highly recommend condo SL305 and we plan to return next year.

This beautifully decorated, spacious condo had everything needed for our vacation. Centrally located to every possible Outer Banks passtime: the beach, deep sea fishing, shopping, exploring the history of the area on Manteo, and learning more about aviation at the Wright Brothers National Memorial. The porch is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy both sunrise and sunset. Comfortable mattresses provided a good night's sleep. We highly recommend SL305!
