SH56: One Particular Harbour

Thanks for a beautiful week in your home again. We love the area and beach area is great, because it's not crowded like so many areas are. We were surprised with the new living room furniture which is very comfy. We enjoyed just to be outside and enjoyed the beach, pool and being able to rest and relax. Looking forward to next year and maybe later this year also.

The house and area were wonderful. Great times at the house, enjoying the scenic and quiet view in the wooded area. Pool was nice, walking distance to the beach, and we'll stocked kitchen and home. Yes we had a few friendly wasps visit, but not severe. Weather was wonderful and all of us had a wonderful time at this house.

This home is very well appointed and we enjoyed our stay. The beds and living room furniture are very comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great vacation. There were some maintenance issues that were quickly resolved. Wasps were still around, which limited our outside time. We recommend this house, a nice quiet, convenient location and good service. 5 . This home was perfect for our family of four. The house was thoroughly clean, and stocked with arrival survival items such as trash bags, paper towels, etc. Beds were already made, so settling in was super quick and easy. There are great beach and pool supplies available, and having a private parking pass close to the beach was a bonus! Village Realty made sure the pool and spa were upkept through the week. The kitchen was well stocked and the kids enjoyed all the board games during a rainy day. We loved the space and location and how attentive the realty company was in management. Can't recommend it highly enough!

The house was very clean upon arrival. The house was comfortable and was well equipped with everything we needed for our week long vacation. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the pool was promptly serviced twice during our stay. The only issue we had during our stay was the wasps that seemed to constantly circle the home. I understand in a very wooded area there may be pesky pests but we found two wasp nests on one of the porches and near the pool. They were so annoying the entire week. My husband was stung four times and my son once. It may be helpful to spray the area every once in a while so that they are not so much of a nuisance. Other than that we had a very memorable stay and we loved every moment of beach life for a week!

Our family enjoyed our stay! Short walk to the beach, house was clean upon arrival. It was well equipped with kitchen appliances, beach chairs & cooler , charcoal grill, & I loved that the linens were included with our price. This was a plus because it was one less thing to pack. Toward the end we had some wasp issues (2 of our guests were stung multiple times) but my husband & brother-in-law bought sprays to kill the nest growing under the pool. But that was the only issue. Neighbor was quite and I loved the privacy. Close to the main road which was a plus after a 6-7 hour travel. Great customer service & very informative during the entire booking process. Loved the keyless/remote check in. Above all great experience & will reconsider staying here again! Thank you.

We loved the house. Great location. Spotless clean. Enough space for a big group and lots of decks. Kitchen was great and very well equipped for cooking. The hot tub and pool were awesome and clean. It was a short walk to the beach. We loved every minute! Thanks!

The house was great. Very clean on arrival. Well-equipped kitchen, with all needed appliances. Short walk to the beach, nice quiet neighborhood perfect for walks/runs. Short drive to Duck and points north and south.
