The kitchen and both bathrooms have been completely renovated, and all rooms include new furniture. Granite countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring and a neutral color palette throughout provide the modern beach house vibes you've been looking for. The floor plan features a central main living space and a split bedroom layout, with two bedrooms and full bath on each side. This casual, open-concept design allows for easy flow and sightlines from the living and dining area to the kitchen, ideal for socializing and spending quality time with family and friends. With multiple decks and a screened-in porch, there are plenty of opportunities for living your best outdoor life.
