The Blue Pelican is a newly renovated semi-oceanfront townhome located in the Sea Dunes community. Situated right across from the beach, Sea Dunes is just steps away from the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. Spend the entire day on the beach or easily transition back and forth from the community pool. Guests will also have access to tennis, pickleball and basketball courts. Inside the clubhouse, you'll find a racquetball/walleyball court, game tables and even an exercise room.

This two-bedroom unit is ideal for couples or small families looking for convenient access to the beach and on-site amenities. Pets are welcome, so your furry companions can join you on the dog-friendly beaches of Kitty Hawk. Recent updates include all new paint, furniture and LVP flooring throughout - perfect for sandy feet and paws. Enjoy an unobstructed ocean view and around-the-clock sun on the southeast-facing deck off the top-level living area. Downstairs, a second deck is located off the primary bedroom. Imagine waking up and opening your door to the sound of the waves and a salty ocean breeze. Both bedrooms include king beds and ensuite baths for plenty of space and privacy.

Grab lunch or dinner (or both!) at Black Pelican Oceanfront Restaurant, just a three-minute walk away. Other nearby restaurants include Hurricane Mo's, Longboards Island Grill, Barefoot Bernie's and Stack'em High Pancakes.

Can’t stay an entire week? The Blue Pelican is available for short stays and offers flexible arrival/departure options for those who like to plan ahead. "Our stay at the Blue Pelican was great. We loved the easy access to the beach. The condo was very comfortable. I did feel the tables and lamps were a little dusty, but I am not sure when the last time there were renters. The only drawback for us were the steps and that is due to our age, but that should not be an issue for younger folks!"

"Place was clean and very comfortable. Super close to the beach, easy walk. The furnishing in the living room and both bedrooms was all new and very nice. Patio furniture on the top deck and the swing on the lower deck were lovely. Both decks face the beach and you have an unobstructed view of the ocean on the top deck - both have afternoon shade so you can enjoy dinner on the deck and not roast after being in the sun all day. Thank you for allowing us to bring our fur baby! Only thing I'd note is that the stairs are pretty steep going from the ground floor to the top floor....but it's a town house so that's to be expected. Kitchen is likely the next thing to be updated but it was well stocked and everything worked perfectly. We'd definitely come again! Thank you!"

"We really enjoyed our stay! The place was recently renovated and looks amazing. We enjoyed the new furniture in the upstairs living area. I do recommend they add a few rugs like by the doors to hopefully catch some sand (the floors felt gritty and we kept having to sweep) but other than that we felt we had everything needed to have an enjoyable week. The beds were a little bit firm but they are King size which you don’t see in a lot of beach rentals. We just were not use to that firm of a mattress. We had an issue with the electronic lock upon checking in but a quick call to maintenance and they had it reset. They also sent a maintenance guy out to make sure the problem wouldn’t happen again and he was very nice as well. No issues the rest of the week. All the way from the booking process to checking in and out was practically a breeze and there was always someone to call if you needed something. Would definitely rent again!!"
