S502: Seabatical

My family had a wonderful vacation at this homey casual beach home. While the home needs a little TLC, pool tiles coming off of the waterfall area (didn't impact our pool fun), shelves in kitchen sagging, doorknobs coming off etc..., none of these things stopped us from having a wonderful time at this conveniently located beach home. The bedrooms are rather large which was a surprise. The top floor does tend to get a bit warmish when using the oven but the grill is right outside the kitchen door in the screened in porch area. One of the screens needs to be reattached to the frame but the space was clean and was used by our family. The deck off of the top floor has beautiful views and was the location for our family Christmas card photo. This home is deceptively large and well placed in a quiet neighborhood and feet from the beach. Village Realty staff, as usual, was accomadating and responsive. Best vacation realty company in OBX. Hope to return next year.

Overall we were very happy with our stay in the Seabatical. Upon arriving we found that one of the ceiling fans was not working and someone came out on Easter to take a look at it. Which was great! Unfortunately the next day we found that the pool filter and heater didnt seem to be working and it took over two days for someone to get out and fix it. It seemed like an extremely easy fix but we were very disappointed to lose two days in the pool since a heated pool was included with our stay. Other than that the location is outstanding! It has a great view from the third floor deck and is close enough to the beach without having to pay beachfront prices. We would definitely stay here again!!

Seabatical has so many great qualities. Large bedrooms, great and spacious pool area, and the location can not be beat. As close to oceanfront as you can get without oceanfront pricing. Incredible value! You wont be disappointed.

The best vacation to Corolla ever. Seabatical was an awesome house and Village Realty did a phenomenal job with helping us to thoroughly enjoy our stay. When we come back, we will book our house with Village again.

We've stayed in the obx from Nagshead through Corolla for 15 years. Village reality was by far the best company to work with. The house was in great condition, very nice starter kit, wonderful amenities! We had all my children and grandchildren and they had a blast! Definitely recommend the house and Village reality! Happy new year 2017

Our family loved the house with all the amenities . We were mostly adults with teenage girls and they were all very happy with just being on the beach or pool. Thanks so much
