RC338: Aqua e Vino

We had a lovely stay here and made some great memories. The home is spacious. The pool is fabulous. Rooms are as pictured. The adults had a great time hanging in the hot tub at night. Kitchen is stocked. The trolley service in Currituck Club is soooo convenient and makes getting to and from the beach so nice.

OBX is my favorite place to vacation, and of the many houses I've stayed at, this is by far the best I've found. I have stayed at Aqua e Vino on three (at least?) separate occassions, and each time it becomes more an more like home. From the minute you pull into the driveway, you will giggle with excitement. The 3 car garage provides plenty of room for safe, secure parking (along with a couple guest spots) and even has remotes handy on velcro by the door from the garage to the house. Put those in your car ASAP. If you choose however to walk through the front door, as soon as you enter be ready for your jaw to drop. The entry way and accompanying living room have huge vaulted ceilings with a great view straight through to the pool and the golf course located immediately behind the house. Drop your bags immediately, and start your tour-- the master bedroom has a huge kingsized bed, with an attached full size bath (walk in shower and separate jacuzzi tub) and its own entrance to the bath deck. On the second level you'll find 2 bedrooms and additional full baths. In between the bedrooms is a second living room area (great for the kids) and provides stairs to the tucked away reading room/lookout. It's a spectacular view. Above the garage is the hidden "wing" of the house. If you're a light sleeper -- claim these rooms. They have their own private thermostats, and because they are located above the garage and not the house--the party can rage on in the main house without hearing a sound. If you are a cook -- you'll be in heaven here. Not only do they have a fantastic gas range, but they have almost all the tools you could imagine needing to go along with it. If you're a serious cook, I do recommend bringing your own chefs knife, but aside from that, there was no gadget that I needed and couldn't find stocked in the cabinets/pantry. Outside you'll find a lovely pool and hottub as well as a nice grill (suitable for cooking 6-8 steaks at a time). Access to the beach is easy, even if you don't take the trolly -- there's public parking closeby. Shopping for groceries is right down the street (the Harris Teeter is at the entrance to the gated community, so you cant possibly miss it). Lots of great dining options around (along with a book of recommendations from the owners).

Perfect vacation house with amazing amenities made our vacation relaxing and memorable. Multiple decks for relaxing, eating and sunset views, enclosed porch, pool and hot tub were perfect, plenty of sleeping space and gorgeous living space and furnishings. Wonderful location close to beaches and activities.

Very nice house! We loved it - fit very well as we had a smaller # of people this year than normal. Pictures should be updated - don't do it justice. Bedrooms/baths were nice, loved the pool & outdoor furniture, and spent a lot of time in the closed-in porch. Owners should be proud of how it is decorated & built - so beautiful!Couple of negatives: (really related to property company - unusual as OBX reality has traditionally been good)* both propane tanks were empty* towels provided were ripped/dirty* refrigerator/freezer were filthy (not cleaned)* Only other ask, would be ability to watch movies - no choices on current TV set up

We have been coming to Corolla for 19 years straight and have stayed with Village Realty for the last 10 years or so. This house was amazing and one of our top 3. Great layout and location, very clean, and lots of amenities that were great for the whole family. Will definitely stay here again!

We would highly recommend this beautiful home. It is the most relaxing location; quiet, peaceful, country club living at its best! Every room is gorgeously appointed yet cozy and comfortable, and the sunset views are spectacular! Corolla, Duck - the entire OBX area has so much to offer, and the beaches are pristine.

Gorgeous home on 13th tee. Amazing pool and hot tub. Amenities galore including bbq, multiple decks, views of stunning sunsets over the sound. Perfect location, close to all that OBX has to offer. We had the perfect vacation staying at this home. Will definite return.

Beautiful home with many amenities for our family to enjoy. Location is one of the best in the Currituck Club Community with sunset and golf course views. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. We enjoyed the golf club during our stay and the gym. Only comment, the house was not clean when we arrived and we called Village Realty - we heard from housekeeping next day who then offered to come and clean the home.
