"Ridges 45 is a lovely home with so many amenities (hardwood floors throughout, fully stocked and upgraded kitchen, elevator, pool table, 3 separate family rooms, comfortable furniture and tastefully decorated throughout). The fresh roses left at the start of our stay was a very nice touch! Only 2 comments for consideration: 1. This house gets hit by golf balls, on the top deck especially! We were home for two of the incoming balls, and found 5 more golf balls in the yard. An awning, lattice wall or netting on the top deck to minimize this risk would be helpful. Otherwise seating on the mid-level deck would make more sense (where there is a lattice protective piece already in place). 2. The only other comment would be that it would be nice if there was decorative lattice and/or planting on the top deck on the side facing the water treatment plant that is adjacent to this home. It detracts from the otherwise beautiful home!We enjoyed our stay as always and would consider this home again :)"
