OSI02: Heavenly Daze

Spent a fabulous week here in June with the family . The house was updated and clean, kitchen was spacious and stocked with everything you would need for the week . The pool and hot tub were fabulous and very refreshing after spending the day at the beach . We rented bikes which were delivered the day we arrived and definitely recommend it . Close proximity to beach, grocery stores and restaurants and all easily accessible by bike paths . House location is ideal, a short walk to the beach, or a quick 10 minute ride and your on the 4X4 beach. We pretty much spent everyday there fishing , playing games and were especially amazed by the wild horses . If you haven't ever seen them it's definitely a must do to see these amazing horses walking and playing on the beach, we were fortunate enough to see them most of the days we drove on the beach . I really can't say enough about the house and Corolla and can't wait to start planning out next vacation here at "Heavenly Daze " .

We had the most amazing week at this vacation rental! The house has been updated beautifully. We spent hours upon hours in the pool and hot tub! We had 4 adults and 5 children, all boys ages from 2-16 and there was plenty of room for everyone in our family. Keeping 5 boys entertained is a full time job, but we had no trouble here. Everyone was excited throughout the entire stay. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the 4X4 beach! The house was so clean, and perfectly set up for a family vacation! Plenty of all the necessities, and everything that you need to cook full meals. We will definitely be planning to visit again! Thank you so much for such an amazing time!

We stayed in prime season and found the home to be lovely. I think by this time in the summer, some prior renters had done a little damage, so the rental company needs to be a bit more vigilant (ice maker broken, missing DVD player, garbage can broken, shelf in fridge broken, etc.) We called right away about the issues and they were mostly resolved. The home has clearly been recently updated, and thoughtfully so. I could see that compared with the listing pictures, the flooring, paint, siding and decking has all been repaired/upgraded. Maybe update the pictures?!?! The pool and hot tub area was great for a family group- clean and safe setup. Just be sure to turn on the pool lights at night as there is a step down from the hot tub to the pool, and you won't see it at night! The walk to the beach was easy enough, and although we had many neighbors the entire time, the home offers plenty of privacy. Corolla now offers lots of restaurants, shops and activities, so that you could easily spend the entire week in the town if you wanted to avoid the traffic on the beach road. If you bring bikes, you are biking or walking distance from the grocery store, restaurants, and shops. The beach in this area is wide, clean, and full of shells- fabulous. Nice place, would stay again.

We obtained early arrival and the house was beautiful & clean! The. Pool was ready for grandchildren to chill. We had a few issues which were addressed immediately! The ice maker was broken, so management delivered ice for our entire stay. We needed a new grill & broom - delivered in a prompt manner. The kitchen had updated appliances, so cooking home for our family was a breeze! Lg family rm & dining table made it great for our group. The location wasquiet and close enough to walk to the beach. The children loved the two decks and hammock plus outdoor HOT shower a plus! We were disappointed that no DVD players ever showed up, but we played board games supplied and the children enjoyed that. We have rented in Corolla w/ other companies who did not respond to repairs and did not have cleaned properties. Village Reality takes the word service to a new level. I would rent from them absolutely. The location was quiet and close to the beach. We were not far from Duck and shopping, the wild ponies and the light house. Beds were comfy &TV worked well. Very beachy feel.

The owners did an awsome job updating the flooring, painting, bedding and art work inside and the siding and decking on the front of the house.My family and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub "as the ocean water was still a bit too chilly when we went". THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE AWSOME GETAWAY!!!

Great house, great location. The house is fresh and clean throughout. The pool and hot tub were great and the grilling area was a nice touch. The beach was lovely smooth sand, just a short walk, and the close by dining and shopping meant we never had to travel far to get a great meal or find items to prepare at the house. Also, there were plenty of activities nearby between the beach and Corolla light and village. We had a great time and look forward to coming back.
