In addition to providing hours of indoor fun with both a pool table and foosball, the huge game room on the ground level serves as second living space, complete with sitting area, TV, kitchenette and dining table. Just outside is a large fenced-in patio where you can grill the catch of the day. The patio leads to your private pool and hot tub, which will be everyone's favorite hangout spot in the evenings.
