NH13: Off Course

We have stayed in this house for the week in May for 3 years now and have not been disappointed. We love the pool, being able to see the ocean and having our 2 little dogs with us. We are close to the restaurants that we love and shopping at the outlet mall! We have had few issues but usually taken care of promptly by Village Realty! The owners obviously care about their house and so do we! We have already put reservation in for next year! If I would say anything I would want , it would be another refrig downstairs not just a wine cooler.

The house was very clean upon arrival. It is very spacious. No hassle keyless entry. Loved that all bedrooms had their own private bathrooms. Very short walking distance to the beach. There was a terrible storm one night. Water seeped into the dining room through the sliding door. Maintenance was called and responded quickly. Village Realty was great to work with. Would rent this house again and deal exclusively with Village Realty.

This house was great for our familys Thanksgiving holiday. Very bright with wonderful ocean views. Good floor plan, comfortable beds and furniture, well-equipped kitchen. We loved it!

OBX is our favorite place to vacation. This has been the best place we have rented from. Centrally located and close to the beach. We LOVE that it was pet-friendly! It made traveling with our pup a breeze. Beautiful house with beautiful views of ocean and sound. Will rent from again!

We had a wonderful time, perfect location, all the amenities one could want in a vacation home. We appreciate it being pet friendly. Started a new family tradition, Thanksgiving at the beach.

Had an amazing vacation. The home was great and centrally located. VR went above and beyond when I left behind all of my jewelry after checking out. I appreciated their help so much and because of that won't rent from anywhere else.
