"This house was perfect for our family. It was clean upon arrival. Kitchen is well organized and equipped. The pool is lovely. There's a large collection of games for a rainy day too! Sunset views … priceless"

"We rented this house the last week in July 2019. We loved this house! Everything you need is included. It was under different management last year and the only reason that we didn`t rent it again for 2020 through Village Realty is that we needed to rent a house with an elevator. This house is conveniently located in a quiet development and is near restaurants, supermarkets, shopping and a very short walk to the beach. The house is on the sound and has a long private dock. Great for kayaking and paddle boarding. The floor plan flows nicely and the saltwater pool is amazing. We would rent this house again!"
