KD31: Sweet Home Carolina

This home has everything! Every bedroom was comfortable and the kitchen is vey well equipped. We all loved the pool and hot tub, not to mention the easy walk to the beach! This is a very nice place. Highly recommend to those looking to relax in Kill Devil Hills.

Great location! Walking distance to the beach and many eateries in the area, loved that we didnt have to drive everywhere. Home was clean, well maintained and spacious! Plenty of room for our group. This home wouldve been perfect (5) if it had a refrigerator with ice maker and a trash can on the pool level. Home amenities noted there was a Mini fridge but we were not able to locate one? In addition a propane grill would be a bonus, instead of a charcoal grill.

Absolutely beautiful property. Charming, comfortable, spacious and exceptionally clean. the Interior decor is so lovely. Every possible kitchen need was provided (even muffin tins!), lots of puzzles, board games, foosball, TVs etc for rainy day entertainment, but we had perfect weather so we really enjoyed the beach and pool! Hot tub was wonderful, and everyone had fun playing corn-hole. All the bedrooms were comfy... and how nice to have so many full baths! We like to cook and to grill....this rental made that easy. Great location and KDH is so friendly. Highly recommend! This is truly a lovely home and our check-in/check-out experience was a breeze.

Great vacation! Perfect for our family and friends. Definitely recommend staying here. KDH is a great place for vacations.

This is the second year for the same house. We really like this house so we decided to stay again. The one problem from last year still hasn't been corrected. The carpet seemed dirty, our daughter had black feet from walking around bare foot. Maintenance issues were addressed in a timely manner and to our satisfaction.

The house was immaculate. I couldn't have asked for anything else. It had plenty of room and was very clean. It was a block from the beach so it was just perfect for us.
I would highly recommend it to my family and friends.

We had a great time staying at Sweet Caroline. It was a right fit for our family. We hope to stay again in another Village Realty rental thank you. I have attached a pic.
