JR50: 400 Feet To The Beach

This was a great location. Close to everything. The layout of the house was great for our group. We had everything that we needed in the kitchen for cooking and it was nice to have 2 coffee pots. The pool was amazing and very clean. We could sit on the deck in the morning and partially see the ocean so that was nice. Id say the shower heads need to be replaced with something you can move easier and maybe get a bit more pressure to get that sand out of your hair and the half bathroom in the basement level the door wasnt shutting. The chair on the upper deck had a broken arm and the jack and Jill bath sink took a while to drain. Overall wed stay here again. Its super close to the beach and you get your own pool. Definite pluses in my book.

From beginning to the end of our stay was excellent. No major issues and the response to one problem was handled very quickly..house very clean with plenty of space and kitchen had everything that we would need at home. No surprises with excellent customer service. I will be returning very soon when its warmer. Awesome!

This is a great location -- truly 400 feet to beach...and right onto beach access! Excellent. Southern part of Nags Head with easy access to Manteo and the Natl Seashore beaches!

Nice house, good price! Very close, easy cut through to the beach. I like that the cabinets in the kitchen and lights were labeled. I also like the Village Realty app, so we could go straight to the house instead of checking in/out at the office and ask any questions through there.

It would have been nice if there was a curtain over the half circle window in the master bedroom. It made it hard to sleep any past 8:00 AM because of the sun coming in the window. The water in the outside shower had enough hot water. The water in the master bath (possibly some of the other bathrooms) was warm but never got hot though, and it didn't seem like there was enough warm water to fill up the jacuzzi tub the one time I tried.

Overall, very nice house, and the experience with Village Realty was good. Would definitely rent the house again if the size worked out again.
