JR4205: Marlin Manor

Fantastic realty to deal with and I only gave this property 4 stars because of location.The house was spacious and fairly well kept and even with a couple small issues in need of repair, Village Realty was very responsive and absolutely wonderful to work with!We loved having the fenced yard (for the pups & grand kids), the pool and jacuzzi.Again, wonderful agency and so much more personal that VRBO or Airbnb ever was!

House was perfect size and had great amenities. 2 families of 3 stayed here for a full week. Location is okay. There is not really a direct beach access within walking distance. Our families drove on teh beach everyday so this wasn't a huge drawback but if we wanted to take a morning or evening stroll to the beach it was difficult to find access from the house without having to drive to a public access area. Having the store next store actually came in handy and was not a factor at all. Noise was minimal. Would give the house 5 stars but the cleaning of the property was disappointing and lacking. The house had a "weird" scent on the top level. And it was evident that the cleaning staff did NOT put any effort into cleaning the property. Fans had TONS of layers of dust, carpets were covered in beach spurs, and sand was all over the floors. The refrigerator has 2-3 shelves/drawers that were inoperable (which I'm sure the cleaning staff would of noticed and should have let Village Realty know). Outside area was nice and was kept clean. Some furniture may definitely need some updating. Overall, Village Realty was very prompt with some of our concerns and I would recommend the property to others, you just may want to be prepared to clean.
