The beach is just a short walk away with two beach accesses available to you, to the north is the Curlew St access and to the south is the Hollowell Street access. The reverse floor plan is perfect as it offers the living, dining, and kitchen on the top level where you can enjoy your favorite movies, and delicious meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. What better way to start your day than enjoying your morning coffee or tea from the top-level sun deck as the sun rises. The lower level den/rec room is a great place to hang out to watch TV or play a game of foosball, plus there is a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator. Spacious covered decks give you the shade you need to relax and read your favorite books.

"Nice house in a t location. The rooms were very comfortable and the pool was large and very nice. The kitchen was well stocked. I wish there were TV`s in all the bedrooms and that all could get local stations and cartoon network for the kids."
