What a wonderful house! We had a fantastic week with our family of four, my in-laws and my Dad. We all needed to get away during these crazy times, and this was the perfect place. We were very impressed with how clean it was, and felt very comfortable given the current situation. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more! There were tons of games, books, kitchen supplies, a pool table, and extra fridge! With young children, the having the pool was key and we used it every single day. The walk to the beach was easy too - the kids didn't complain at all. The beds were very comfortable and the layout of the home was perfect for our crew. The house is in a very convenient location for supplies and good restaurants (we carried out/had food delivered). We created many happy memories there and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

Pro : Location ! We loved the location. The walk to the beach access is not bad at all, super easy. Sunsets from the upper deck over looking Jockey Ridge- beautiful ! Hot tub is outstanding ! The pool table was a lot of fun but, there are only 2 pool sticks. Con: The hose out front is held together with duct tape, water sprays everywhere. The return air vents for the HVAC were disgusting , however that was taken care of promptly once I made Village Realty aware of it. The cleaning person did not do a good job getting the house ready. I know it's a quick turn around & spot cleaned but the house needs a deep cleaning, including the rugs. Only 2 pool sticks. The digital read out on the hot tub does not work, you can't read it. That needs to be fixed . The house needs some updating but you can't beat the location !!

It was a great house, so close to the beach! It sleeps 4 adult couples comfortably. The 5th room with the bunk beds is definetely for children and not adults. My sister in law and her husband slept in there and they were not comfortable.

Had a wonderful stay. House was well equipped an in a good location.

Great house convenient location. Reasonable walk to beach access. Small backyard pool was perfect for our kids. The hot tub was clean, plenty big, and everything worked well. It would be nice to have an assist bar to take the cover on and off it was hard to do for older guests or just one person. Rooms were a good size and beds were comfortable and in good condition. Village Reality was quick to come out to fix a broken door knob and sliding door track wheels. Would have preferred to have seating in the downstairs area instead of a pool table. Extra fridge in the laundry room came in handy.
