Great home and location. Beautiful home and very clean. Loved the kitchen and living area. Bedroom #5 ,was very comfortable. Only thing I would change is the cable didn't have many channels to choose from. Close to restaurants and shopping. Easy walk to the beach. Great ocean view from the decks.

Very lovely home much thought was given to layout furnishings and decor. Loved all out door furniture with the mid deck rattan sofa set a great place to read a book or drink a glass of wine. The five bedrooms and five baths was so spacious with half bath on top and bottom floors. As far as the kitchen every gaget you may need to cook a meal was there to use the pot pans and appliances with top notch and high quality.Going to the back gate you can be at the beach public access in minutes. The village realty staff were out standing. I will rent this home again

My family loves this beautiful beach home. It was so nicely equipped with all things needed for a comfortable stay. The home is nicely decorated and clean and fresh! Our younger children enjoyed the lovely pool after a fun day on the beach . Easy access to the beach was wonderful with small children to walk. Our family have been an OBX fan for over forty years and we love it! We rarely rent the same home each year ,not because we were not happy with the rental,but because it was fun to get something different each year. This year we commented that we would love to rent this home again! That speaks volumes for us!Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home !

This home is wonderful. It is clean and everything functions. It is beautifully decorated. The checkers games were a grandchild favorite. We have been coming to the Outer Banks for years and this house is by far the best one we have stayed in ever. I especially liked the pool. It gets the direct sun from sunrise to about 3PM (in early July). It is shaded by the house after that. So it was great in the afternoon, we could go outside & swim in the hottest part of the day. No more scalding your feet in the sand in the afternoon. It was perfect. For the sun lovers, the lounge chairs could be positioned to maximize your sun exposure. My husband (who avoids the sun at all costs) even used the pool a few times. He agreed that it was a great home and a great place to vacation.

Our family's arrived to Toes In the Sand on June 15, 2019. The house is set up beautifully with almost everything you could ever want on vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots,pans,coffee maker, dish washer, bottle openers and even a wine opener. The short 2-3 minute walk to the beach is great. You can walk straight through the gate and out to the left of the pier to gain access in no time. After a long day on the beach , we returned to enjoy the corn hole boards, hot tub and pool as well. Awesome place, we will rent again next year!
