Fantastic, extremely well maintained home. The owner's pride of ownership really stands out in this house. We have been coming to OBX for 9 years and almost everyone exclaimed "This is the best so far" on departure. Beach is a few steps away. All the local amenities are a short walk or drive away. The house is loaded with everything you need to help family have a great time. The elevator is convenient for loading and unloading. Flawless!!!

Wow! Close to everything. Outstanding accommodations in a great location. Our families got together and so enjoyed our stay. Long private walks on the beach from our doorstep, relaxing in the jacuzzi, and playing pool in the billiard room were some of the "favorites" everyone shared. The "Captain's Perch" was mine. Cannot wait to return here to Sunrise Beach House. These owners thought of everything! Cherie - Jamestown NC

We came down in December 2020 with a large Family and this was the absolute perfect house. Renovated and it was clear the new owners, have put a lot of heart into making this the place to be. Renovated, clean, bright, fully equipt. The house is in a great location; you have the beachfront, and a private pool and hot tub. Close to area attractions but tucked away enough where you truly feel like you are on vacation. All the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. Enough space on all three levels to feel like you have room to spread out and entertain. Elevator, is a definite bonus when you are carrying in your luggage and groceries. This rental is a true GEM and I will definitely look forward to staying here again!

Wow. New owners have put in all new appliances, new TV's in every room, new bedding, new paint. Everything was clean and fresh and such a joy. Lots of room for kids and adults. The brand new hot tub was fantastic. I loved walking the beach every dayEverything one could imagine was available to be used including pool room and separate game room. We weren't missing a thing. We cooked day and night and kept the 2 new dish washers running!Nice touch to have extra frig and ice maker downstairs Not to mention every one had their own private bathroom with 2 extra "public " washrooms for everyone's use I don't know whether to keep this place as my own secret hideaway or if I will regret tellingly the world I've already rebooked for another getaway!

What a great place. The house was immaculate, the layout was perfect for all the family members. Access to the beach was so easy. The toys in the house, pool table, game table etc where an added bonus to the entertainment. Plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware. You could go formal or casual for any meal. No issues with anything in the house. The owners were great people to work with too!Was the best vacation house I have ever stayed in.

This is such a beautiful home! Amazing location. We found the Village Realty team to be so helpful and accommodating. We had a few minor issues and they were handled really quickly and well. It really felt like we were valued guests. We were frustrated by the Beach Nourishment activities happening (which Village Realty had no control over), as there were pipes blocking our view and walk to the beach. Even though Village Realty had no control over it, they still went above and beyond to resolve our frustration. I would happily rent from them again. This is a gem of a house and Village Realty was wonderful to work with. Thanks again!!!

The house is beautiful. The proximity to the beach fantastic. Unfortunately there were issues some major such as ants on the second floor in the bar area and a massive leak in the kitchen under the sink. It appears it was leaking for a while as there was some water damage and a tremendous amount of old food from the disposal which we cleaned up. The leak was bad enough that it caused 2 falls one of which was pretty serious. Village Realty sent someone to treat the ants but there were still some ants in other rooms on the second floor. They also sent maintenance out for the sink- they could not fix it and we were told to use the right side only, however that side leaked as well , my husband was able to tape the pipes so we could at least cook dinner. Originally the plumber was coming Monday morning as we needed the kitchen during the window we were provided (4:30-6:30) but a plumber showed up Sunday night at 9:30 and another one Monday morning. The faucet on the sink in the laundry room comes off and sprays everywhere, the toilet seat in the handicapped bathroom is lose, there was a board on the deck stairs which had to be nailed down ( Village Realty repaired) as it was completely loose and nearly caused a tumble down the stairs. A shower mat of some sort for the bathrooms would be helpful as some of the showers were very slippery especially the top level master walk in shower. The house next door was having siding put on and there were numerous nails in the side yard, so what h your step just in case. The filter in the pool is not very strong so there were lots of bugs in the pool so be ready to skim it quite a bit! The house is supposed to be left broom clean but there was no broom to be found. The second floor front left bedroom door hinges are loose so be careful. All of the issues except for the plumbing and ants are minute and we would come back and stay in this home again. We created wonderful family memories. Village Realty was responsive and helpful with all of the issues we reported.

This is a wonderful well equipped rental. The family had great fun and really enjoyed all the amenities.

We would have felt a little more secure if the sliding doors on the lower and upper levels would locked.

We loved this Sea Pointe condo and would not hesitate to rent again! The simplicity, location and views all factored in to selecting SP2B. We lacked for nothing. This was our 49th consecutive year of OBX vacations. Would never vacation anywhere else ❤️

This is the 2nd time we've stayed in this home. This house now needs some serious maintenance. Only one dishwasher worked. Washer only worked occasionaly. Racks fell off walls, top deck door was rusted shut(maintenance opened for us first evening) top deck was dirty with many dead bugs...too many to rinse of with hoses. Hot tub is worn out.. outside shower was filthy.. All hoses worn out, none had Nozzle. I could go on and on. Its for sale so I guess no work is being done to keep it up. Its a shame. Some elbow grease and a few new things it would be worthy. Renter beware.

Great rental. Good location and beach was excellent. We had ants in the kitchen that required a call to maintenance. We were looking forward to the poolside basketball hoop pictured in the gallery but were disappointed it wasn't there. All in all, mostly a great place to spend a week.

We had a great time at Sunrise Beach house!! Great location, perfect size for a family reunion with 21 adults and 5 kids!! My only comment is that there were not enough towels--each bedroom only had 2 or 3 sets, with no extra sets for the pullout couch on the first floor or any extra for those who like to use two towels--one for hair and one for body. Also there were not enough linens--there were no linens for the pullout couch bed in the first floor. Overall a great stay! Loved the convenience of the elevator. Loved being right on the beach.
