This beautiful, historic home located in the Historic Loop of Nags Head has all the old charm of days gone by with all the modern conveniences for today. Wide porches and decks with rocking chairs and your own private walkway to the beach. If work calls while you are here, imagine sitting in your little office by the sea with your laptop while gazing at the ocean and beach. Life doesn't get much better than that! Plenty of room for everyone to gather for delicious meals, movie time or just talking and making those awesome OBX memories.

A bonus room located on the lower level with a king and double bed, and a full bath.

A separate bungalow at the entrance to the property offers a king and twin bed with a full bath.

Many great local restaurants are close by, Blue Moon Beach Grill is within walking distance right across the street. There are plenty of local shops and family-friendly activities nearby also.

Pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Fireplace not available for guest use.

"Love this house for a stay with extended family. The basement, the upstairs, and the cottage are 3 areas where a family can have some privacy while still enjoying time together in the common space. The porch is the best part of this house- it's big, with a great view, and options for sun, shade and protection on a windy day. I also love the historic cottage feel, and the beach is much less crowded at this milepost, as there are no public accesses nearby. It's all in all wonderful. We have come back now for 3 years in a row and plan to continue renting this house every year."
