Hollis Haven is a tastefully appointed home situated in the picturesque Hammocks neighborhood of the Currituck Club. The top-level great room features LVP flooring throughout along with vaulted ceilings and an open-concept layout ideal for gathering. It leads out to a sun deck overlooking the backyard with sparkling private pool. When you're not dining out, prepare meals at the house in the fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The spacious primary bedroom is located on the top level and includes a private bath with dual vanities and soaking tub. With three more bedrooms downstairs, including a second ensuite, Hollis Haven will comfortably accommodate family and friends. Outside, the thoughtfully landscaped backyard will be your very own private oasis. After a day at the beach, come home and take a refreshing dip in the 11' x 22' pool or a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A gas grill and outdoor dining set are perfect for a backyard cookout.

During the summer months, getting to the beach is easy with the complimentary trolley and beach valet services (Memorial Day thru Labor Day). The nearby trolley stop with gazebo is located just steps away in the cul-de-sac at the end of the street. Once you arrive at the beach, you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all of your gear. But the beach is just the beginning! The Currituck Club offers a variety of other recreation options that will give everyone in your group something to look forward to. Choose from four outdoor pools located throughout the community, including exclusive access to the Hammocks pool right across the street from the house. The Fitness Center is the hub of all activities in the Currituck Club and provides guests with year-round amenities, making Hollis Haven an ideal choice for off-season visits. Nestled between the beautiful sound and the beaches of Corolla, this gated golf course community is just a 10-minute drive to the 4x4 beaches where the wild horses roam free. Grocery shopping at Harris Teeter (with a Starbucks inside) and Duck Donuts are conveniently located right at the entrance of the community.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Fireplace not available for guest use. Garage not available for guest use. All trolleys run from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.
