"Center of Everything in the Outer Banks - This property is located in the middle of the Outer Banks and allows easy access to beaches/towns to the north and south. The condo was lovely and perfectly sized for a couple on a vacation getaway. My husband and I had the best time, and our accommodations were fantastic. There was easy access to the beach; the pool was under construction, but looked like it was going to be beautiful We will definitely go back again!"

"First Flight Retreat was wonderful! Our place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to make our week enjoyable. Beachfront and the weather was great! "Overall, we have really enjoyed our stay here. You really can’t beat the location, convenience, beach access, etc. Our unit was very clean and we would definitely stay here again.
One note - we saw a few cockroaches on the deck (really only at night and never in the actual unit) but wanted to point that out because if they made it to the third level I’m sure the other levels have them as well. Again, we would stay here and felt the entire building was clean and in good condition, but just wanted to point this out for the community association."

"First time renting from this company and I definitely recommend them again.
Screen door was broken when we arrived so we called to let them know (so we would not get blamed) and they offered to come by and fix it without being asked. The maintenance technician was there within the hour.
There was an issue with the lights not working in the bathroom and they came by and fixed this also within an hour."

"Wonderful OBX vacation - My husband and I had a wonderful stay in early July 2022. The check in and check out processes were effortless and the condo was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed - a well equipped kitchen, spacious living area, comfortable bed and best of all, a balcony with a great view of the ocean. We enjoyed taking coffee down to the beach to watch the sunrise, and the central location of Kill Devil Hills made it easy to visit other islands as well. We absolutely loved the holiday and would highly recommend it."
