Z's By The Sea is ideal for large groups or extended families, with plenty of bonus space including a den and game room. When you arrive, use the cargo lift to make unpacking luggage and groceries a breeze. A reverse floor plan features an open-concept living area on the top level with vaulted ceilings, LVT flooring and a gas fireplace. The chef in the family will appreciate the spacious kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and two dishwashers. Two levels of covered decking allow for seamless indoor/outdoor living and overlook the pool area below. The primary bedroom on the top level includes a large en suite bathroom with double vanity and jetted tub.

Access to the sound is located directly across the street and includes a boat ramp for launching small vessels, kayaks, jet skis and paddleboards.
