Relax by your own private saltwater pool and hot tub in the evening. The great room is spacious with a well-equipped kitchen with two dishwashers and the dining area offers plenty of seating for everyone. For those game enthusiasts in your group the rec room will be the place to hang out with the foosball and shuffleboard tables and arcade games. Enjoy your favorite movies in the theater room. Grab your favorite beverage and take in the views from the captain's watch, you won't want to leave.

"Excellent property with everything you could want in a beach house! Our family loved the house - tons of space, great bedrooms, all with bathrooms, so much light, the games room and theatre kept the kids entertained for hours, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. The house is a bit of a walk to the beach and it would have been nice to have a parking permit to be able to park a car at the beach access to ferry beach toys (and the very young and very old)."

"Have been staying at Point of View for 10 years now. Was in my family and is not a rental through Village Realty. Love this house so much! Perfect for all of our groups needs. Only thing I would ask is that the living room furniture get a deep clean. The couch and two chairs really need it. Other than that our stay was great!"
