CSC2K: Happy Days

The unit was beautiful! It was very well equipped and spacious. We really enjoyed the pools since the beach was too windy.

Great location, loved the beach access and covered parking. Condo is in need of some updating ie towels, linens, TV’s and furniture.

Condo and pool very nice. Why aren't there any recycle bins? Some trash laying around in the underground parking a area. Indoor pool water had too much debris in it. Bathroom was dirty. Need to do better for the price. Adult spa water had a lot of leaves in it.

Croatan Surf Club is a nice setting in a convenient part of the beach area--everything is close by. The beach and pools were excellent. The condo was nice, but at this price level, could be improved with: better wifi and internet service (it is atrocious except at 6 AM), better kitchen cooking ware, better living room and deck furniture. Village Realty is A+. Not having to go to the office to pick up and drop off keys is great, personnel are easy to get on the phone and very responsive.

The place was overall great. Amazing view and sounds of the beach, just by opening the screen door. beach and pool access is quick and easy. Surrounding neighbors are friendly and nice. Pool areas are great for both adults and children. One problem we did find was lighting in one of the bedrooms, but it was quickly fixed. Will defiantly come back and stay again. Hopefully soon!!

The location of the Croatan Surf Club was ideal- close to the beach, restaurants and a large number of stores. The unit had plenty of space and had a nice view of the pool and ocean. We liked that there were two pools (indoor and outdoor), a baby pool and two hot tubs. We could hear some movement from the condo above us, but it was not terrible. The grounds were clean and well kept. I would definitely stay here again!

This is the 4th or 5th time we have stayed at CSC but our first in this unit. There is not enough great room seating for a 3 bedroom unit. We had a couple of maintenance issues but all were promptly taken care of. Overall the location of CSC is great and it is fairly new. The overall upkeep and maintenance of the complex has begun to deteriorate. If I was a property owner I would not be happy with the maintenance and cleaning of the property. I will probably start to look at other options in the area.

Condo was very nice inside and not a bad view to be on the 1st level above the garage. We did however have some issues with ants on the counter off and on through the week around the coffee pot area. The company said that they had someone come in twice and spray during our stay but we still kept finding them. This will not keep us from staying at the croatan surf club in the hopefully "near" future!

Wood construction makes above floor extremely noisy. Otherwise very nice.

We enjoyed our stay at Croatan Surf Club. Unit K2 was comfortable and well maintained . Convenient to many activities and awesome restaurants . Village Realty was fantastic. Great communicators and answered all questions promptly. Professional and A1 property management company

This was our second stay at CSC. We highly recommend CSC for its location as its right in the middle of all attractions as well as close to all of our favorite restaurants. CSC amenities are top notch. We enjoy the pools and hot tub. Honorable mention goes to the large ice maker for filling coolers prior to going out on the beach.

This visit we stayed at Cowabungalo unit 2K. Our unit had nice views regardless of the bath house below. However there was absolutely no soundproofing between our unit and the unit above. We heard stomping feet, feet squeaking on tiled floor, things being dropped on floor. It was loud enough to rattle ceiling fixtures. Additionally, there were several maintenance issues (I.e shower and sink drains backing up ) which we figured should have been noticed and repaired prior to our arrival. We really enjoy staying at CSC and would stay there again but the sound issues with 2K would definitely cause us to look at other units.

By far one of my favorite places we have ever stayed at in the Outer Banks. Perfect Location. Love the pool and hot tub. The only issue we had was the beds. Wished there was better quality mattress but other than that, we had no complaints. I will 100% rent from Croatan Surf Club again. Thank you for a great stay.
