Sunset View is a semi-soundfront home in the Currituck Club nestled among mature trees and situated on the south end of the community's historic wooden bridge. As the name implies, the home's unique location and picturesque surroundings provide one of the most stunning views in the Currituck Club, especially during sunset. The spacious great room is perfect for entertaining and spending quality time with family and friends. It opens up onto an expansive deck overlooking the bridge and marsh. Upgrades throughout the main level include vaulted ceilings, gorgeous wood-like tile flooring and a wet bar with wine fridge. When you're not dining out, prepare meals at home in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and bar seating for three. At the end of the night, retreat to the top-level primary suite that leads out to a private deck with a phenomenal view. The primary bath includes dual vanities, a walk-in shower and jetted tub. A second king ensuite is located on the ground level, comfortably accommodating family or friends with plenty of space and privacy. Ideal for guests with mobility issues, Sunset View is equipped with an elevator that provides access to all three floors. Skip the stairs and use it to send luggage and groceries to the upper levels.

During your stay, everyone in your group can take advantage of the world-class resort amenities available exclusively to Currituck Club guests. The community's main clubhouse is less than a mile away and features a fitness center, outdoor pool, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard and volleyball. During the summer months, take a short walk over the bridge to the nearby trolley stop and use the complimentary shuttle service to get to the beach. Once you arrive, you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all of your gear (Memorial Day - Labor Day). Golf enthusiasts can book a tee-time or clinic at the world-class 18-hole championship course designed by Rees Jones. Just past the clubhouse, a Harris Teeter is located at the entrance of the community so groceries and conveniences will always be just minutes away.
