Four separate levels can easily accommodate the entire family, including the canine members - dogs are welcome! Inside, you'll find quality finishes throughout, including LVP flooring and granite countertops. After a day at the beach or by the pool, come home and relax in the comfortably furnished living area. The open-concept layout provides sightlines from front to back and encourages quality time spent together. A slider lets in an abundance of natural light and leads to a spacious covered deck for outdoor lounging or al fresco dining.

The mid-level consists of two spacious queen bedrooms, one of which has access to a covered deck. Both bedrooms include ensuite baths for plenty of privacy. For additional sleeping arrangement options, the loft is furnished with two twin beds with trundles - perfect for kids. Downstairs, the rec room provides another space for gathering and is equipped with a foosball table for around-the-clock indoor entertainment. It leads out to the covered patio and a grassy area with charcoal grill.

When you're not at the beach, your family can take advantage of convenient access to a variety of community amenities exclusive to Bermuda Bay guests.
