All teakwood was attached using a connector system, so there are no screws to be seen. The decks were dropped six inches from the living areas so that the ocean views would not be obstructed. Stainless steel cables were used again to optimize sight lines of the Atlantic. In the rear yard you’ll find a large saltwater gunite pool and well as a hot tub covered by a sail shade.

Even the fencing is durable aluminum, so maintenance throughout has been minimized. This description only scratches the surface of the long list of features.
