This building was completed just before the rules were changed requiring a 30’ setback from the water’s edge so, it’s grandfathered. There is a portable generator connection to the original house which enables power to all of that section except for 220amp circuits.

The entire house has corrugated metal storm shutters fitted for all windows and regular entry doors stored in the boathouse. The 2 car garage also has a ½ bath which is convenient to everyone enjoying the large adjoining screen room which is perfect for gatherings without the need of holding them in the house.
