Meet the Sell OBX Team -Dru, Jeff and Karen. Dru Ferrence, Karen DelVacchio and Jeff Ferrence collectively bring over 70 years of real estate experience to the Sell OBX Team and is one of the most productive, respected and experienced real estate teams on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. The three-person team consistently closes over 50 transactions every year. Service to clients is outstanding because there is always a team member available to work on behalf of their clients.
Dru began her real estate career in Delaware in 1983 with a commitment to quality and integrity. For 20 years, she deftly and successfully combined raising a family, contributing to the community and practicing real estate.
Born in Asheville and educated at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Dru was ready to return to her native state and especially her beloved Outer Banks. After a brief break of settling into her South Nags Head home, volunteering in the community and making friends, she joined Village Realty in 2005. While Dru loves the beach, her kayak on calm waters, her hand-weaving loom and curling up with a good book, she’s an extrovert who enjoys people.
Helping buyers buy and sellers sell allows Dru to do what she does best: solve problems and work with people. Finding a home on the Outer Banks doesn’t have to be stressful. Dru offers sound financial information, interprets the local real estate market and attends to all the details providing for a smooth transaction. Call Dru today to put her and the Sell OBX Team to work for you.

“Dru, we cannot thank you enough for not only making our dreams come true but also making our dream house come true. Without you, this would have never happened. The only bad deal about this is I am going to miss seeing your name come up in my email! That always put a smile on my face. We cannot even begin to thank you and tell you how much we appreciate all that you do.” Bill and Nancy
