OBX Taste of the Beach — March 25 – 27, 2022. IT’S BACK! Fans of this fun annual event come together to enjoy the best of our local cuisine! Butterfly Festival — April 1 – 30, 2022. Head down to the Elizabethan Gardens for their Butterfly Festival. Experience butterflies taking their first flight just inside the john White Butterfly Center. Island Farm — April 5, 2022. Step back in time with a visit to Island Farm. This great event allows you to experience Spring historically with hearth cooking, blacksmithing demonstrations, fresh-made corn cakes, and of course, farm animals!
