Outer Banks Restaurant Tours has partnered with Chef Dawn Williams to offer a fun hands-on cooking class during the summer of 2012. The class will feature fresh, local ingredients prepared North Carolina style. Outer Banks Restaurant Tours will pick you up at one of three locations and transport you to Dawn's Kitchen just over the Wright Memorial Bridge. There, you will put on an apron, roll up your sleeves, and help prepare a fabulous three-course feast, paired with wine. You will, of course, get to enjoy the fruits of your labors and eat what was prepared. Participants will leave with a copy of the recipes from class Dawn is a great teacher and she gives all sorts of useful tips during the class. Whether you are a novice cook or an experienced one, you can't help but learn something from her. She makes sure that the class is fun and interactive. This is a great way to take a little bit of the Outer Banks back home to recreate a delicious meal for family and friends.
