CINDY’S DREAM is a beautiful oceanfront home so comfortable, it invites you to make new OBX memories. It delivers the luxury and location that will make your Outer Banks experience unforgettable. Sit on the spacious upper deck at night to view the vast sky full of stars or during the day to watch the ocean. If you don’t want your feet to get sandy, you can sit on the bench at the end of the private walkway leading to the beach and ocean.

All five bedrooms have their own access to the deck connected to the private, dedicate walkway leading straight to the beach so guests can enjoy the convenience of direct access to the shore. Every bedroom has a smart TV with Roku (don’t forget your streaming passwords). The master ensuite bedroom on the main level has a king bed, dual sink bathroom and shower with two shower heads. The level below has an ensuite bedroom with a king bed and bathroom with a shower/supersized tub. This level also has another ensuite bedroom with a queen bed. The third bedroom on this level has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the fourth bedroom, “the kids room” which has 4 beds – 2 bunkbeds. The shared bathroom has a sink area and a pull door to separate the toilet/shower space. The bunk beds have side rails for the top bunks and a ladder for each top bunk and there is a baby gate (in the closet) and a pack-n-play.

When you are not on the beach or enjoying all that the Outer Banks offers, you can spend your time in the vaulted ceiling, open concept layout of the great room, kitchen, dining room and board game/puzzle nook. There are multiple sliding glass doors and windows for tremendous natural light beaming throughout the open space along with effortless indoor/outdoor flow.

The modern kitchen is well equipped with a wine refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster oven, microwave, modern and deep sink, very large seafood boing pot, crab picking tools, and so much more. Also in the kitchen by the Keurig is a charging docking station for your multiple charging needs.

The sunroom (with a smart TV) is a nice place to sit and read or watch TV or add a space for 2 more people to sleep on the pullout sofa bed.

A few more amenities:

· Club house membership to use the pool and clubhouse, very short walk because the pool is 2 houses from Cindy’s Dream;

· Wall sockets with USB outlets;

· Dedicated game nook (not video games) with table and chairs for board games and cards and puzzles;

· Cabinet full of children’s board games and puzzles, card games, puzzles for young and old, and even some grown up board games, poker chips, cards, etc, all for young and old on rainy days and

· Outside shower.

PLEASE NOTE that the elevator, fireplace and garage are not available for guest use. Parking at the Village Beach Club requires a pass, costing $25 per car per day. Membership questions can be answered and passes obtained by checking in with Village Beach Club staff.

 My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time. The oceanfront property was stunning both inside and out, and its location was incredibly convenient to everything. A Tesla charging station just a minute away was a great bonus. The living areas and bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the extended deck leading toward the beach was truly spectacular. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful long weekend here! With 5 adults and 5 kids, we had more than enough room. The house was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. The living room furniture was very comfortable for hanging out and the deck offered great views of the ocean. Only note I would add is that there is a very steep drop off from the bottom of the steps across the dunes to the beach so it would not be accessible for those who don’t get around well. The steps into the house and between the two floors are also very steep. This wasn’t a problem for us but could have been if we had had our elderly parents with us.

Cindy’s Dream was perfect for a small family reunion during the off-season. The furniture was very comfortable and the decor was tasteful. The house has all the modern conveniences and is centrally located with easy access to shops, restaurants, fishing piers, Cape Hatteras National Seashore, Manteo, etc. We enjoyed the peaceful environment during the off-season, but we still found plenty to see and do in the Nags Head area. Thanks to Village Realty for making our stay a memorable one!

I really don’t have many words to describe this home other than absolutely breathtaking! We stayed for a week and were completely in awe from the moment we pulled into the driveway. The home is beautiful, the views are beyond amazing, the master bedroom bed was SO comfortable, and there was a ton of kitchen utensils and cookware which made it super convenient. We absolutely CANNOT wait to come back and enjoy this home once again!!

Great house with perfect views.
Only drawback was that the gas grill did not get hot enough to cook steaks. Probably needs to be checked out.
A minor quibble was no Kleenex and really cheap toilet paper. Tiny cheap little soap also. Should be better for luxury house like this.

Host very welcoming, easy rental, beautiful home, well appointed, great ocean views, great location. Very cold, windy and snowy weather put pressure on heating system but rental company poor used space heatrers. Also, at no fault of owners or rental company, the beach had experienced extensive beach erosion and 10-foot escarpments, so we had no beach access at the house. We understood that Nags Head deals with this and successfully repairs the erosion, planned again for this year.

The rental was amazing! The house was very clean and well appointed. It is beautifully decorated with a coastal flair. The kitchen has everything you need. The highlight of this property is the deck and beach boardwalk. You can sit on the end of the private deck boardwalk and watch the sunrise, sand free. We will absolutely be back.

This home is AMAZING! It was spotless, beautifully decorated with a coastal touch, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to enjoy meals at home around the large dining table—perfect for family gatherings.
