Live da good life at Da Kine by Da C, an oceanside home in Corolla situated less than 500 feet from the Atlantic Ocean. This fabulous beach house is packed with amenities that will bring your family together to make memories for a lifetime. Dogs are welcome, so even your furry companions can come along for the adventure. After a day at the beach or exploring Corolla, come home and gather in the open-concept great room with vaulted ceilings and hardwood flooring throughout. A reverse floorplan and east-facing sun deck provide an ocean view from the top level. When you're not dining out at one of Corolla's fabulous restaurants, use the updated and well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals at the house. The chef in the family will especially appreciate the double oven and two dishwashers, making cooking and clean-up for large groups a breeze.

Da Kine by Da C is ideal for extended families or multiple groups vacationing together. Six of the seven bedrooms include ensuite baths, so everyone will have plenty of space and privacy. A den on the mid-level can serve as an additional living area, with direct access to the covered deck with hot tub. Downstairs, a rec room with pool table provides hours of indoor entertainment. The wet bar with full-size refrigerator is perfect for convenient pool-side drinks and snacks. The pool can be heated certain times of the year, ideal for off-season getaways. Take advantage of the outdoor speakers and put your Beach House Vibes playlist on repeat while you lounge by the pool, play outdoor ping pong or throw some horseshoes. Just beyond the pool you'll find a sand volleyball court where you can host family tournaments right in your backyard.

Located in the Section A neighborhood of the Ocean Sands community, Da Kine by Da C is just a short walk to the beach access located at the end of the street. It's central location in Corolla means you'll be just minutes from grocery stores, shopping, dining and the Currituck Club golf course.

Pets allowed - dogs only. No smoking/vaping. Please note that the outdoor ping pong table is available for in-season use only (Memorial Day thru Labor Day). Ask about our Military Discount.

House was great! Very clean and had all the cooking supplies, games and entertainment you could ask for. Only issue was it took 3 days to get the pool heat sorted out and working properly. Village reality was very responsive and was great on communicating updates, just wish it was checked and working before we arrived because we missed using pool for half of the trip.

We have stayed in this house for the past 13/14 years, We like the closeness to the beach and all the house has to offer including the volleyball court. House needs a new cooktop. Not all burners work.

This was by far our FAVORITE house to stay for our week in Corolla! IT. HAD. EVERYTHING. We needed! Dog friendly with a fenced in yard and extra crate for outside. Heated pool in May WAS THE BEST!! Hot tub! Pool table! All tje TVS worked and was super simple to use! Short walk to beach! Our family loved each bedroom had its own bathroom. Plenty of room! The grill was not functional and they immediately brought us a brand new one to use! Check in and out was easy peezy! It was just an absolutely great week! We certainly hope this home will be available for our next Corolla family beach trip!!!

This was a great family house. Room enough for everyone to spread out. The Kitchen was well stocked, plus 2 dishwashers. The beds were comfy and the place clean. The pool was very nice and heated! The beach was so close. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The 2 fridges were great (they were on the smaller side). All the extras were so nice! The weather wasn`t great while we were there, but there were puzzles and a pool table. The dining table was huge! We will definitely return here! Thanks for sharing your beautiful house!

This was a great property! The house was big enough for an extended family to spread out! It was clean and beds were comfy. Kitchen was well stocked, and the 2 dishwashers were great. The staff was friendly, attentive and personable. The pool and pool area were nice. All the extras were nice. The pool table and hot tub and puzzles(for our rainy days)were a bonus. The 2 fridges were a must(they were on the small side). Just a great vacation home close to the beach!
