Nothing brings a family together like a beach vacation filled with sunny days, sandy toes and Saltwater Kisses. This newly updated coastal retreat is situated in the picturesque Currituck Club golfing community. One of the few homes in the Hammocks neighborhood with a fifth bedroom, Saltwater Kisses can accommodate larger groups so the entire family can gather under one roof. The top-level great room features vaulted ceilings and a wall of south-facing windows for an abundance of natural light. The open-concept layout and expanded living area is ideal for spending quality time with loved ones. Make the most of outdoor living during your stay with a screened porch, two levels of decking and an enclosed backyard with your very own private pool and hot tub. Two of the five bedrooms are ensuites - one located downstairs and a second on the mid-level for plenty of privacy. Upstairs, a loft with wet bar can be the kid's hangout zone or the perfect place to escape for some quiet time with a good book.

During the summer months, getting to the beach is easy with the complimentary trolley and beach valet services (Memorial Day thru Labor Day). The nearest trolley stop is just a short walk away and once you arrive, you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all of your gear. But the beach is just the beginning! The Currituck Club offers a variety of other recreation options that will give everyone in your group something to look forward to. Guests who stay at Saltwater Kisses will have exclusive access to the nearby Hammocks community pool, but can also use the North Pool, South Pool or Main Clubhouse pool. The Fitness Center is the hub of all activities in the Currituck Club and includes a gym, tennis courts, volleyball, shuffleboard and more.

This house was perfect for our party of 9. It was clean and has a nice hot tub. The pool is getting old and could use refurbishing..THE BIGGEST ISSUE IS HOW FAR THE HOUSE IS FROM THE PUBLIC BEACH ACCESS. You can NOT walk to the beach access… you have to either drive or take the country club’s free trolley service.The trolly service is very efficient but comes every 20-30 mins and stops multiple times before arriving at the public beach.The public beach area gets crowded. As long as you are OK w this, and don’t mind being patient to get to the beach, you will be happy with staying at this location. The realtor did a wonderful job communicating.

We had a great stay at this beautiful property in the outer banks. We were in town for a wedding, and this couldn’t have been closer to the venue - The Currituck Club. The property was as described - we had bad weather so we did not use the pool or hot tub. Would absolutely stay here again.
