We had an amazing relaxing week at this house! It was clean and comfortable, and it came equipped with pretty much everything we needed (although beach towels would be nice). We had two families, so it was nice that each family that got a separate floor of bedrooms/bathrooms. Our kids (3, 6, 7, 8, and 9) all loved swimming in the pool and biking around the neighborhood. The location of this house was perfect with it being a quiet cul-de-sac and another cul-de-sac around the corner. Even though it was not a busy street, the beach trolley comes down regularly. It's also right near Sunset Bridge for an amazing view of the sunset each night. We also loved how this house was in the center of the community, so we were easily able to bike to attractions (ice cream, candy store, etc.) at both ends of the community. We are already planning our visit for next summer!

We absolutely loved this home. It was clean and neat. I just loved the floorplan and the views from the porch and backyard. It felt extremely private! The location was perfect as well close to the bridge to watch the sunset!This is by far my favorite beach house in OBX after many years renting with village realty. Thank you for sharing it with us we had an amazing week.My only critique was there could have been more pyrex pans for cooking. In addition the hot tub wasn`t working and we called to have it repaired but it never did get warm. We felt bad for our family.
