Y7 Fairways & Sunsets, a 5 bedroom well-decorated home has everything needed to accommodate guests in the northern Outer Banks. Situated within the resort-like community of The Currituck Club, guests will enjoy The Currituck Club amenities; tennis courts, community pools and a trolley service (throughout the summer months) and this home also comes with reduced greens fees and priority tee times.. Pamper yourself as this home truly offers luxurious accommodations. Take a dip in your own 16' x 30' private pool or sit back and relax in the hot tub and watch the sun setting over the Currituck Sound. The elevator provides an easy check in and check out and is perfect when carrying groceries.

We also offer TVs, Blu-Ray player, DVD players, surround sound speakers in the great room, 4 Master bedrooms, decks, and a grill. We also provide entertainment and gaming in the garage as a rec room living space with air conditioning and heat--including a pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard and foosball tables. For families with children, we have a pack-n play and a high chair. Our home comes equipped with a screened porch, a hammock, an enclosed outside shower, a water filtration system in the kitchen.

I would give this stay 10 stars if I could! We had 4 generations of family, ranging in age from 5 to 88 and everyone loved everything about this vacation and this vacation home. The trolley to the private beach were fun and there were even valets who took my mother down to the beach in a sand wheelchair! We boogie boarded for hours, saw dolphins, and even stayed on Carova beach for an entire day. The house was spacious and exceptionally clean, beds were comfy, and the views of the Sound were incredible! Everyone loved the pool and hot tub. Mom appreciated the elevator. We cooked and laughed and relaxed the entire time! Best vacation ever!

We love this house. We stayed with two other families with kids ranging from two to thirteen. Some of our favorite things about this house: the view of the sound (and sunsets from the fairway filled with wildlife), the awesome pool and deck area, Pine Island pool and beach access, the screened in porch at night, the game room and the general layout of the house. The only critiques: the kitchen could use some updates in terms of cabinetry and accessories, and the the water pressure in the MBR beneath the dining room is very weak, but otherwise this house makes for an outstanding vacation experience.

Our group (3 families with 6 boys ranging in age from 2-9) throughly enjoyed this spacious and clean house. The pool and hot tub were great for after a long day at the beach and the game room was perfect for rainy days and evening fun. The kitchen is fully stocked with nice quality supplies (even complete with everything we needed for a steam pot seafood dinner)! Only thing we would’ve liked was a pantry or empty cabinet for more snacks/dry food items space (we brought a lot!). The views of the sound and golf course were top notch! We enjoyed walking the path out to the course in the evening to kick around the soccer ball and take in the beautiful sunset. The bedrooms were spacious, my only complaint was that the top floor master bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable. Overall, this house fit all of our needs and we look forward to coming back next summer to make more awesome memories!
