We had a nice stay in Nags head at this property. The beach is accessible and there was a public tennis court across the street. Worth mentioning that the amenities included with the rental were sparing. We had to purchase everything from extra trash bags to salt and pepper for cooking. Also, there is a door alarm leading out to the pool that goes off whenever the doors open. We requested to turn this off but were declined by the host.

The house has plenty of room, great location, well stocked, and things to do without having to leave. The downsides are the ice maker downstairs doesn't work and the cleaning crew really doesn't do a good job.

Wonderful beach home!

It was a great week! The house was perfect for our 4 generation family vacation! We used Jeannette Pier for beach access since it was much more user friendly for some of our crew. The pool was great. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. The text messages from Village Realty were much appreciated. The only suggestion would be more medium size cookware!

Overall the stay was great. The house was clean and the heated pool was awesome. Only issue that our group had was there were zero condiments or cooking supplies from previous stays. The staff was very responsive to any issues we encountered.

The bedroom configuration was perfect for us. And the pool was a perfect size. Also the distance to the beach was just right. We had two very minor issues which we noticed and they were taken care of immediately. The staff were always very responsive. We rented again for the same week next year.

First let me start by saying the stay was amazing. My family had a great time and loved the property. The pool was great, 2 dishwashers were a great plus, awesome hot tub and super close to beach access - realty company was prompt and fixed everything that needed attention in a reasonable time. All that being said, the house is in need of some TLC, especially the decks - we were able to enjoy them, but they were a bit sketchy and could really use some attention. I would absolutely stay at this property again and I look forward to doing so next summer.

Great house and location including close access to the beach. The kitchen is we equipped to accommodate the number of guests that can stay in house. We loved how each room had their own bathroom. The pool was very clean and was checked a few times throughout the week by Village Realty...greatly appreciated. Overall the house is clean and well maintained. Just a couple issues that can be addressed including the WIFI needs upgraded due the the growing number of devices needing access. The router needed restarted a number of times and the younger crowd grumbled. All of the pool cues are missing their tips and the pool table could not be used. The water filter in the fridge needs replaced since the water is running slow and causing the ice to not form correctly. We had to be sure to empty the trash from the kitchen regularly or it would attract ants by the kitchen sliding door and window. Overall we had a great time and even placed our reservation for 2020.

Enjoyed an early spring weekend at Catchin’ Zs on the Outer Banks! Beautiful house and excellent location with easy beach access. Great beach house layout and house was well equipped. Everything was clean and comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

The house is so beautiful well kept and in the perfect location! My family thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our trip, we hated to leave!
