Outside, take in glimpses of the ocean off your furnished deck, while inside, prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped, full kitchen, dine at the breakfast bar or the nearby table for four, and then settle into the living area to stream your favorite channels on the main TV. You and your guests also have access to a shared, seasonal pool (Memorial Day through Labor Day) for when you want to cool off close to home. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

Despite not being able to initially get into the elevator area, this condo had everything I needed and more. Close proximity to the beach, cleanliness, a washer and dryer and a pool and I was sold.

Easy to get to and close to so much. Lots close by that only takes a few minutes to walk to, but even more if you're ok walking a bit. Beach access is right next to ramada hotel, and was a great bar behind the ramada with great views. Glad this rental was top floor as you can tell floors are horrible and people downstairs prob always have a bad experinece. If you have kids or are heavy footed, you should make efforts to be more aware of people below. Rental was clean, showers good and kitchen had everything you need for a basic rental.

This was our 2nd stay here, and enjoyed it again. We found the spacious condo clean, comfortable and with all the amenities you need for a great vacay! The beach access is close, and the pool is nice with plenty of seating if you want a break from the sand. We plan to come back again!
