Description

Adventure awaits at this coastal home full of personality, perfect for a small family or couples' retreat. Conveniently located, it's only a short distance to the beach for fun in the sun and surf. Tour the area and discover local attractions like Lost Treasure Golf, Outer Banks Kayak Adventures, Jockey's Ridge State Park, and H20 Waterpark, all within a 12-mile radius. Fantastic boutique shopping and dining are scattered throughout the area as well.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a beachy vibe throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming a movie marathon on the large TV, or serving brunch on the covered deck. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the open-concept kitchen, equipped with updated appliances and a breakfast bar. Either bedrooms is comfortable and outfitted with luxe linens for a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures. Outside, you'll enjoy a large backyard with a firepit to tell stories around and stargaze.

THINGS TO KNOW
An outdoor shower is provided; please rinse off when returning from the beach. To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

Cool little beach house in a nice location. Short walk to the sound with great views. Plenty of public parking on the ocean side but expect to drive. Crossing the highway is no small task especially on foot

Sunny daze is a great location. Easy to drive over to the beach or walk by the sound. Close to wright brothers memorial and not too far from the sand dunes. Overall we liked the place just wished the outdoor shower worked.
