Boasting three floors, four bedrooms, and professional interior design work, this newly-constructed luxury home is perfect for a large family or group of friends.

The main level of the home features a glimmering kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a center island, quartz countertops, and turquoise accents. When mealtime rolls around, gather around the cozy dining table for a family-style meal. After eating, kick your feet up and stream your favorite TV shows in the sunny living room, all while being warmed by the heat of the electric fireplace. Also on the main level of the home, you'll discover a separate laundry room and a primary en suite bedroom.

The upper level of the home features two bedrooms, equally bright and airy with their soft touches of nautical decor, private TVs, and plush linens.

Downstairs, the kids are sure to love the home's foosball table, giant Jenga, and board games. My wife, two adult children, four old friends, and I rented this house for 4 days. We were all very impressed with how nice the house looked and how comfortable it was. We all spent most of our time together on main living/dining room and kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean had everything we needed. I grilled one evening and the propane grill worked well. I was also happy with communication regarding this rental. I was provided step by step instructions on what to do when I arrived. Things like how to unlock the door and how to connect to the Wi-Fi. I also received a call the day after check-in to make sure everything was going well. All-in-all it was a great time away and we all agreed we should do this again sometime.

This location is perfect, on the sound side and only a block away. The house overall is very beautiful. Layout was perfect for our girls getaway. Everyone had enough space to relax or we could choose to be together in the Game room. Home very clean and kitchen is well equipped. Bedroom are spacious and larger than pictures show. The house has cornhole and a Hot Tub. Would recommend.

We had a great weekend stay short and sweet house was really nice in a great location grands love the hot tub every roomie for a big family they had everything available to us the bottom floor stayed a lil warm but nothing we couldn’t handle !!! PS : just don’t cut the corners of the beds to close bc you will definitely feel it lol

The location of this house was perfect for us. We were in the area for a wedding and couldn’t have found a better home. There’s plenty of storage for clothes and a very nice pantry for groceries. The kitchen is well stocked. We would highly recommend staying here.
