CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

This little cozy apartment was the perfect getaway for my Husband and I ! We enjoyed the beautiful sunset from the sound view . Stocked very well and the decor is so beach and relaxing . We did not utilize the community pool but did walk through the area and it’s very charming ! I give 10 stars and would stay again for a couples getaway!- Reviewed On: 9/17/2024
