"This was our first family trip to the OBX, since coming when we were kids about 25 years ago. The house was bright and spacious which we loved. There are ocean views from the top deck which was a nice surprise because the neighboring homes did not have that. The pool was a big hit with the kids, and the shade under the deck was a precious perk that we noticed the other pools around us did not have. The only reason I give it 4 stars, is because the kitchen was not properly cleaned when we arrived. Also the tenants before us did not take out the trash the day before, so all the trashcans were filled to the brim. The home had been speedily cleaned, and it was evident. Thankfully, the Village Realty team responded the next day and came by to correct it. We would rent this property again."

"June 2018 Stay - We love staying in Villages and Seaside 61 did not disappoint! Great location, such short walk to beach. Lots of shaded area to relax and keep cool by the pool which was great when taking a break from beach! Families with children will benefit from the additional roll out beds and trundle! My one year old grandson slept great in full size crib provided at the house! The gas grill having no gas was about the only item missing. But we fired up the charcoal grill instead! Would definitely book this home again!"
