Location-Location-Location!! This reverse floor plan home has all the creature comforts. Wooden walkway provides a short walk to the beach. This home comes with a hot tub, large rooms for extra comfort and a floor plan which allows privacy for all age groups.

OBX Semi-Oceanfront vacation home. One lot back from the beach in the Village at Nags Head. Hot Tub on deck, grill, 2 outside showers.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking at the Village Beach Club requires a pass, costing $25 per car per day. Membership questions can be answered and passes obtained by checking in with Village Beach Club staff.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Parking for 2-3 vehicles. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

Beautiful Place nice and comfortable. We had plenty of room for all our guest. Pros Convenient to everything around us. great floor plan, beautiful views, amenities sufficient. Cons Although it sleeps ten there didnt seem to be enough Linnen for 10 guest IE towels, toilet paper, we didn't plan to bring any extra due to a short 3 day stay but we ran out of both and by the time we realized we needed more housekeeping was closed. Oher than that everything was fine, we plan to rent this property once again in the future

We had three generations gather for the long Easter weekend and we LOVED the house. Good location, carefully decorated (as in pictures), CLEAN, with amenities as described. Many spaces for gatherings of our whole crew and for more private moments; we especially like the wrap around decks. One of our group was even allowed to extend our stay for one more night. Thank you for sharing this home with us!

Christmas break

We loved the stay, enjoyed how close it was to the beach. The house was just as pictures show. Hot Tub was amazing on a cool night.. The furnishings and bathrooms were little out of date but very clean and comfortable. Definitely a place I would like to back to again.

This is the second time that we rented this house and absolutely love it. It is a minute walk to the beach following a path between the neighbor`s houses and is less than a minute walk to the pool/beach club. We have two small children and this is the best of both worlds for us. The owners came by to hang a swing under the deck while we were there and they were so pleasant. We would definitely stay here over and over again!

The best of two worlds--close to the beach and close to the community pool at the Village Beach club. The pool had crafts for kids ($5-$15 fee) and morning aqua Zumba and Water Exercise classes. We loved the floor plan--great for couples and children. Two outdoor showers and hot tub were very nice. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans but a bit lacking in kitchen utensils .

This house is exactly as shown in the photos--no surprises! The double outdoor showers were perfect to accommodate all in a timely manner after a day at the beach! Thank you for having 2 highchairs--very much appreciated for the 1 and 2 year old grandsons in the group! The kitchen area and fridge are very spacious. We even enjoyed music by a DJ on July 4th as there was a wedding at the pool/beach club which is super close to the house. The hot tub was the best - largest and cleanest of any we have had in past homes!! The laundry room is very large and conveniently located on the ground level. Overall, a very lovely and spacious house for everyone!

Great house for a large family. Hot tub is really nice. The kitchen is well stocked and perfect for entertaining. The wrap around decks are to die for. Overall a great house. Downstairs swing and hammock are a great place to relax during the day.
