A short walk to the beach from your home, Beach Bound is well-maintained and offers all the amenities needed to keep the entire family entertained throughout your stay, including a private pool, hot tub and rec room. With over 3,900 square feet of indoor living space, Beach Bound is ideal for extended families or multiple groups vacationing together. The open-concept layout on the top level can accommodate the whole group and encourages quality time spent together. After a day at the beach, come home and relax in the comfortably furnished great room while watching your favorite show or the big game. At dinnertime, there's plenty of room for everyone to help with meal prep in the expansive kitchen. Two ovens and two dishwashers make cooking and clean-up for large groups a breeze. The primary bedroom is located on the top level, and a second ensuite is located on the mid-level. The four additional bedrooms are all generously sized, providing everyone with plenty of elbow room while still being under one roof.

Downstairs is where the real fun happens, because families that play together stay together! Go one-on-one and flex your skills on the ping pong table or two-player arcade-style basketball game. A table with seating for six can be used for card games, board games and puzzles. Comfortable sofas and a TV allow this room to also serve as a second living area or kid's hangout space. Outside, take a dip in the private pool or a relaxing soak in the hot tub before enjoying a refreshing beverage at the tiki bar. Kids will love having their own outdoor play space with swings and a slide, right in the backyard.

Overall, this was an excellent property and easily ranked as the number one spot for our family compared to all of our recent trips in terms of price and value. The amenities were top-notch—we loved the pool, the ping pong table, and especially the overhead speaker system throughout the entire house for music and communication. The beach was also convenient, being just a short walk away. The pictures online do not do the actual property justice; it was even more amazing in person. Loved this place so much! We have done around 15 trips over the last 3 years, OBX, Kiawah Island, Fort Myers Beach, Naples, Key West, Punta Cana and so forth. Best place ever!!The only drawback we experienced was the policy regarding check-in. A 4:00 PM check-in time feels quite late, and we were disappointed that an early check-in was not permitted. Given that cleaning staff arrived right at 10:05 AM as we were checking out, the rigid check-in time is the primary reason we would hesitate to book with the management company again in the future.Despite that issue, we thoroughly enjoyed the property itself and the wonderful amenities provided for families.

Great house for 12 people. The kitchen with the 2 stoves and 2 dishwashers and endless prep space was wonderful. The pool was perfect for the whole family. The slightest disappointment was that one of the bedrooms advertised as a king suite had only a queen bed but it didn’t hinder our stay. We would definitely choose to stay at Beach Bound again.
