SH11: Casa Sirena

Casa Sirena is a six-bedroom oceanside home in Southern Shores boasts over 3,500 square feet of comfortably furnished and well-maintained living space. This family-friendly retreat is situated on a quiet, dead-end street with no through-traffic. Getting to the beach will be quick and safe using the access just 300 feet from the house. At the end of the day, the fun continues back at the house where a 28' x 14' private pool and a bubbly hot tub provide around-the-clock enjoyment and relaxation.

After a day at the beach, everyone can gather and socialize in the open-concept great room with vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors. The chef in your family will appreciate the updated kitchen with granite countertops and plenty of prep space. Cooking and clean-up for large groups will be a breeze with a double oven and two sinks. Serve meals at the dining table, kitchen bar, or al fresco on the sun deck while enjoying a horizon view of the ocean. A king suite is conveniently located on the top floor, just off the kitchen. Five more bedrooms make up the mid-level, three of which include ensuite baths for plenty of privacy. There's also a den/bonus room that can serve as an additional hangout space or alternative sleeping arrangements.

Casa Sirena is part of the Southern Shores Civic Association, so guests will have access to the neighborhood Soundside Park that features a half basketball court, soccer field and sound access. Launch your kayaks and SUP's and explore the marsh and abundant wildlife in the Currituck Sound. Other park amenities include a playground and boat ramp.
